Ibis Saintes Hotel

Clean and comfy rooms certainly raised our spirits.

Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing was unbearable. I could hear every noise from the room above me. The heating in my room was faulty, leaving me freezing throughout the night. The absence of basic amenities like a kettle or any form of beverage containers in the room was disappointing, especially at this price point.

Lots of SPICY food at breakfast time. Lovely staff members on shift, clean and adequate rooms. Location just next door to the restaurant for over a hour as well as the cafe next to the restaurant.

Nicely presented and quiet place all in all, has accommodating staff on shift. Glad I took double room, it was stylish and adequate.

The breakfast offered a good selection, worth the extra cost, complementing a nice outdoor dining area.

The restaurant food was absolutely marvelous! Clean rooms, comfy bed, but the bathroom could use some updating. Noise from above was a bummer. 😅

Location near A10 is superb,, and the breakfast offers a good selection, worth the extra cost.

The room felt cramped for two, particularly as extra towels were insufficient for our needs.

I stayed at ibis during a previous trip to saintes, and this time exceeded my expectations for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and i loved that dogs were welcomed in the room and bar. Staff were professional and very focused on customer satisfaction.

The location offers easy access from the motorway. Staff are friendly and genuinely eager to assist, contributing positively to the experience. The room size was disappointing, lacking the standard expected from this hotel chain, and the bathroom door's functionality made nighttime access awkward. WiFi performance was excellent, but the lack of soundproofing can be an issue, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

The location was super convenient for our trip to Spain, just off the motorway (a lifesaver!). The breakfast was great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful!

Room was small but comfy, had a nice walk-in shower, tv, and heating. Loved the outdoor dining area. Free parking and easy access to the motorway were great too. Breakfast had tons of options and was really good. Staff were super professional and helped us out whenever needed.

We have booked here before and highly recommend it to everyone; the food was incredibly flavorful.

Convenient and modern rooms equipped with a fantastic walk-in shower 🚿, tea facilities, and a TV. Absolutely no complaints here!
